PeculiarLaboratory nitrogen generatorContinuous high-purity nitrogen gas is generated using dual tower pressure swing adsorption technology, which utilizes the selective separation and filtration of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air by carbon molecular sieves. The nitrogen generator has two carbon molecular sieve columns. Pre treated compressed air enters and passes through * carbon molecular sieve columns. Oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other impurities are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve. Only nitrogen is allowed to pass through the carbon molecular sieve and enter the internal nitrogen tank. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve column becomes saturated with adsorption, and the system will automatically switch to the second carbon molecular sieve column to continue working. The saturated carbon molecular sieve columns undergo rapid depressurization, releasing the oxygen captured by adsorption into the air and being activated for regeneration. The adsorption and purification regeneration processes of two carbon molecular sieve columns alternate, continuously producing clean and dry high-purity nitrogen gas.
